Every screen is stored end-to-end encrypted, hosted in the region you operate in, and protected by role-based access. Only the people you give permission to can see them, and your team is told upfront that the captures exist. Nothing is ever shared outside your business, and nothing is used to train any model beyond your walls.

Not the way they would with older tools. The screens are captured quietly in the background, never streamed live, never surfaced to the team, and never named individually in shared reports. Most employees say within a week that they have stopped thinking about it. The captures only appear when a day genuinely needs to be revisited.

You decide what is captured and what is not. AIfinitive lets you blur sensitive applications, exclude entire sites, and pause capture on specific windows. The point of the timeline is to settle questions about work, not to look at anything that has nothing to do with it.

The retention window is set by you, from a few days to several months, depending on the policy your business needs. Screens older than the window are automatically deleted. If you cancel AIfinitive, every captured screen is removed from our systems within 30 days of the cancellation.
